  3. How do my friends contact me?

Anybody wishing to contact a member whose name is on the list must send an email to the system. All requests are redirected to the individual member (You) so only you decide whether you want to get in touch or not. Nobody can contact you without your permission, and no email addresses are given out.

  4. Why are there two different sites?

The original web pages, open to everyone, are located at http://www.cspmail.com so anyone can view them. The Mail Call membership, messages, files, databases etc. are all kept on the CSP MailCall Forums, accessible only to members. They are not visible to others.

  5. What is "Yahoo Groups"?

Yahoo Groups is a website where we formerly hosted the Mail Call list because it enabled us to maintain our list of subscribers and their email addresses privately, and to automatically send out the Mail Call newsletters. There are still numerous web pages with Class Photos and other pictures, as well as archived newsletters, databases, and other features on that site, which will eventually be moved over to the Forums..

  6. If I sign up, what sort of messages will I receive?

Once a member is added to the list, he/she may receive periodic email messages containing announcements and other info, but most information and news is now in the forums.. Optionally, members can elect NOT to get email, but can still view messages on the forums. Only the list moderator can send out messages to list members.

  7. What if I'm using AOL?

Well, AOL has strange ways of treating email and other web-based items. The best advice if you're having any trouble with AOL is to sign on to the internet normally, then minimize AOL and open up a normal browser, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. Then you can navigate without the limitations that AOL consistently imposes on its users.
